About Me
Hi, I’m Lindsey, Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor with over 14 years of experience in the industry, helping people improve their health, fitness, and confidence.
My journey into fitness started in my 20s when I needed to lose weight and manage my asthma. Even simple activities were a challenge, but through consistent training and lifestyle changes, I transformed my health and discovered a passion for helping others do the same.
Since then, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, leading classes and delivering personal training to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. I focus on creating a supportive, motivating environment where everyone feels comfortable and capable.
As a working parent, I understand how busy life can be and how important it is to find a realistic, balanced approach to fitness. I’m currently furthering my knowledge with specialist training in perimenopause and menopause, allowing me to better support women through every stage of life.
My approach is simple, we work together. I’ll listen to your goals, support you every step of the way, and help you build confidence while achieving results that last.
