Amy graduated with a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Fine Art from the City of Glasgow College 2024. The skills she gained in composition, colour, and materials continue to shape the way creates each piece.

Amy has built a diverse portfolio that includes portraits, pets, wildlife, landscapes, seascapes, still life’s, murals, and other subjects.

She works in a range of mediums, including acrylic, watercolour, charcoal, pastel, pencil, and ink, selecting the one best suited to the subject and style.

Much of Amy’s work is commissioned. She loves working with clients to bring their ideas to life as finished artwork.

Whether a portrait, a pet, a favourite place, or a subject chosen to mark a special occasion, Amy approaches every piece thoughtfully. Amy’s aim is to create artwork that combines technical skill and sensitivity, resulting in original pieces that hold meaning.

A Waiting Game

Location: East Kilbride Arts Centre

Time: 19:30

A Waiting Game 7 August 2026 7:30pm £10.00 (subject to £1.50 transaction fee) East Kilbride Arts Centre

By Lori Delaney.

A Waiting Game is a verbatim play that foregrounds overlooked experiences of breast cancer beyond dominant “pink ribbon” narratives. Using an intersectional lens, it centres marginalised voices and personal testimonies often absent from mainstream discourse. The play explores cultural disparities through a South Asian perspective, LGBTQ+ identities, infertility, mental health, and addiction, as well as the impacts of medication. It also addresses cancer during COVID-19, male experiences of a feminised illness, relationship breakdown, financial hardship, and ageing.

Performed by professional actors alongside participants with lived experience gathered over a four-year research project, the work powerfully reflects the complexity of living with cancer.

Available to book online or by calling East Kilbride Arts Centre on 01355 261000.

Cost: £10.00 (subject to £1.50 transaction fee)
