Auld Hat - New Heids

21 Nov 2018

Auld Hat - New Heids 21 November 2018 8:00pm £12.00 / £10.00 concession Rutherglen Town Hall

Auld Hat - New Heids

Following last year’s great show and terrific audience response, Auld Hat - New Heids will be returning for their third annual visit to Rutherglen Town Hall.

Year on year their audience has increased in size and this year should be no different.

The ‘boys’ are proving that audiences love the memory of the folk clubs of the 1960’s/70’s with the humour, fun and participation of those days, singing the chorus’ they all love so well.

In 2017 Auld Hats...., as they like to be called, sold out concerts at both Celtic Connections in Glasgow and The Acoustic Music Centre during the Edinburgh Festival.

As one of the main acts at Orkney Festival 2018 they brought back song and humour and the audiences loved it!

Available to book online or by calling Rutherglen Town Hall on 0141 613 5700.

Blood Brothers

Bill Kenwright presents WILLY RUSSELL’S Blood Brothers

Willy Russell’s legendary BLOOD BROTHERS tells the captivating and moving tale of twins who, separated at birth, grow up on opposite sides of the tracks, only to meet again with tragic consequences. The incredible score includes Bright New Day, Marilyn Monroe and the emotionally charged hit Tell Me It’s Not True.

Few musicals have received quite such accolades as the multi-award winning BLOOD BROTHERS, which, having opened in 1988 to tremendous acclaim continues to enjoy standing ovations at every devastating performance. No wonder BLOOD BROTHERS is ‘the musical for all time’.
