Kiss or Diss: Meet Me at the Boots Corner 6 June 2026 7:30pm £23.00 (subject to £1.50 transaction fee) Rutherglen Town Hall
An Arts Enigma production written and directed by Paul Moore.
Girls, guys and Glamrock!
It’s 1974 and Abba just had their Waterloo and our three LUV birds, Linda, Una and Vi often find their love lives flushed doon the loo after getting a “dissy” at Boots Corner! Where thousands of Glasgow’s young lovers started their walk down the aisle…or right back to “ra dancin”.
Many a night they’ve waited on their Knight in shining armour and all the amour – hoping to make it across the road to Beaverbrooks, in their quest for that band of gold.
Will our luv birds fall head over heels… or right “aff” their heels?
A night full of Girls, Guys and Glamrock with all the hilarity, all the love hangovers and all the hits… from Abba to Elton John to David Bowie… and so many more.
From the writer of last year’s comedy smash, “The Provy Wummin” – this is not to be missed!

A funny, poignant, and honest romantic comedy about racing against the biological clock.
Barbs Marshall is a successful, well-heeled celebrity hairdresser in Glasgow. At 39, she has everything she's supposed to want - except time. Her biological clock is ticking so loudly it's almost deafening. Making matters worse, her mother won't stop nagging, her best friend is pulling away, and her ex-husband has just upgraded to a 22-year-old girlfriend.
Just when things couldn't feel more complicated, Barbs meets a charming 26-year-old stranger who seems more than willing to help solve her problem. But life, and love, are never that simple, and the complications are only just beginning...
