Golf Season Ticket Direct Debit terms and conditions

Terms and conditions of
Season ticket Direct Debit
South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture SCIO
(hereinafter referred to as ‘the SCIO’)

Season/rover tickets are non-refundable.
Direct debits are a legally binding contract between the season/rover ticket holder and the SCIO.
The season/rover ticket is an annual membership. It is not a pay as you go monthly membership.
The direct debit facility is provided interest free to spread the annual cost of the season/rover ticket.
The season/rover ticket will be valid from the date you purchase until 31 March the following year.
Payments will be made on the 1st of every month with the final payment on 1st March.
Cancellations will be considered for medical reasons only with evidence required.

Failure to make a direct debit payment on the agreed date will result in the immediate suspension of the season ticket whereby you will have 7 days to pay the outstanding amount at the golf course or on 01698 476126 or you via your online account.
If you cancel your direct debit, your season/rover ticket will be cancelled and the remaining balance due.
The SCIO will pursue the remaining outstanding amount of the season ticket. This may also forfeit your right to purchase by direct debit in the future.
The Manager reserves the right to refuse any application for direct debit.

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture SCIO will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
If you request South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture SCIO to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture SCIO or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to you must pay it back when South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture SCIO asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us at memberships@southlanarkshireleisure.co.uk
