Forever active

Activage is an exclusive membership for South Lanarkshire residents aged 60+.

You can pay this membership annually at a cost of £120.00 or by direct debit at only £10.00 per month! No matter which option you choose, you will have access to our fantastic indoor leisure facilities. Plus, you can enjoy extra perks like ice skating, playing golf, library activities, receiving discount at our cultural events and much more!

Being physically active is good for our mind and body. It also gets us out, into the community, socialising with others and generally making the most of life. To be as healthy as possible older adults are recommended to have 150 minutes of moderate activity each week.

Being active on a regular basis can:

  • Lower the risk of developing health problems and help manage and reduce progression of existing conditions. This includes back pain, chronic pain, osteoporosis and mental ill-health.
  • Aid balance and muscle strength to reduce the risk of falls.
  • Improve confidence and overall quality of life.

Activage members get access to:

Racquet sports are included in the Health and Fitness membership, which covers the side of the court where the member is playing. Additional charges apply when playing with non-members. For example for one member plus one non-member the court hire will be half price. We also ask our customers to be mindful to other customers and book courts at a maximum of 2 hours back to back at peak times.

** Six free rounds of golf per year at any of our six golf courses, Monday-Thursday.
