SL Fitness Online

We are excited to be making our online fitness programme a permanent feature to South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture services.

On 27 September we launched SL Fitness Online. This membership will give you access to your favourite classes from Facebook on a new and interactive bespoke platform. We have added some new classes and new instructors.

What are the benefits of this new membership?

  • Interact with your coach on a two way platform
  • Get feedback and motivation instantly as they will be able to see you working out
  • Help you reach your health and fitness goals
  • Be able to work out in the comfort of your own surroundings
  • Workout anywhere, anytime with the on demand library
  • Try something new

As an existing customer we are giving you the opportunity to try SL Fitness Online for free!

Our online membership is only £5 per month for existing members or £10 per month for our pay as you go customers and will commence on 1 November.

Why not give it a go and start your free trial now? Just select our online membership option and then S L Fitness Online. You will pay nothing until 1 November 2021 giving you plenty of time to try it. If you decide you don’t want to continue just let us know by 27 October and we will cancel this membership for you.

Tuesdays

7:00am-7:45am HIIT with Paul Innes
7:00pm-7:45pm Yoga with Mhairi Lake

Wednesdays

1:00pm-2:00pm Line Dancing with Kirsty McDermott
5:00pm-5:30pm HIIT with Mairi McLaughlin

Thursdays

9:30am-10:15am Club Movers with Chris Markey
10:30am-11:15am Chair Yoga with Lesley Katz
5:45pm-6:15pm Fat burn Extreme with Karen MacDonald

Fridays

12:00pm-1:00pm Dance with Kirsty McDermott

Sundays

9:00am-9:30am HIIT Step with Melody Gallacher
7:00pm-7:45pm Yoga with Mhairi Lake
