Blackwood & Kirkmuirhill gym upgrade

Blackwood and Kirkmuirhill Community Wing’s gym will close from Friday 16 January 2026 for approximately six weeks to allow for transformational upgrade works. During this time, gym users can access nearby centres including Coalburn Leisure Complex, Larkhall Leisure Centre, Carluke Leisure Centre and Lanark Lifestyles. Fitness classes will continue in the school hall with some sessions moving to Coalburn, and ACE activities will continue as normal except for Gymnastics, which will be temporarily paused.
