New Victory Players present The Mirror Crack'd. Adapted for the stage by Rachel Wagstaff.
In the sleepy village of St Mary Mead, the locals are both uneasy and curious. A new housing estate has been built causing concern, and the arrival of a glamorous American film star at The Manor House brings great excitement.
Meanwhile Miss Jane Marple, confined to a chair after an accident, has to rely on friends to keep her up to date with the local goings-on.
Then a murder. Can Miss Marple unravel the clues while coping with her own vulnerability.
New Victory Players are thrilled to bring this Agatha Christie murder mystery to the stage. Hopefully this adaptation by Rachel Wagstaff of the original 1962 The Mirror Crack'd From Side to Side, will get your inner sleuth searching for clues with the wonderful Miss Marple...

Rutherglen Repertory Theatre and Rutherglen Town Hall proudly presents an evening of One Act Plays.
Have you ever been on a blind date? No? Well, join this gentleman and young lady as they try and find true love on a series of, shall we say, curious encounters. After witnessing what they go through, will you be excited to go on one of your own? Or will it encourage you to have a microwave dinner for one and watch a movie. Join them on their journey and find out.
We have all been there, sitting in the doctor’s surgery trying to mind your own business.
The last thing you need is a loudmouth fellow patient trying to pry into your private life. To top it all off the receptionist is grating on that last nerve you have left. All of a sudden, a strange man enters the waiting room. He is dressed unusually. Is he a drifter? A man of no fixed abode? Or something more sinister. They are all about to find out.
Available to book online or by calling Rutherglen Town Hall on 0141 613 5700.
Cost: £8.00 / £7.00 concession (subject to £1.50 transaction fee)
