Presented by EK Rep Theatre Club (Registered Scottish Charity SC020852).
An evening of comedy and pathos.
By Jim Cartwright.
Directed by Allan Reddick.
A bickering husband and wife and the dozen regulars who pass through their pub in an evening are played by two actors. Each vignette skilfully combines pathos and humour. When a little boy is left behind by his father, a fragile reconciliation occurs as their own dark tragedy is revealed.
This amateur production of ‘Two’ is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd on behalf of Samuel French Ltd www.concordtheatricals.co.uk
By El Blackwood.
Directed by Claire Brogan.
Tending is the first award winning verbatim play that explores the lives of NHS nurses. This is a play set on the fault lines of our health service, created with the community that holds it up. Tending asks an essential question: When the system is under pressure and lives are on the line, who cares for the carers?
