Welcome to a long-forgotten, fairy-filled kingdom… a land of crowns, curses… and chaos! The wicked sorceress Carabosse has placed a nasty curse on Princess Beauty: on her 18th birthday our lovely princess will prick her finger on a spinning wheel and maybe even die!

The kingdom is thrown into turmoil and greeting about it won’t help! Only the brave, bold and slightly bonkers Fairy Monty and his magical band of sparkles, laughter and confusion can keep hope alive.

Can they protect Princess Beauty from her fate? 

Will true love — and a very heroic prince — really be enough to break the curse of Carabosse?

Along the way there’s silliness, royal romance, wicked tricks, dazzling songs, and more jeers and hisses than you can shake a giant spindle at!

You’ll cheer the goodies… you’ll boo the baddie… you’ll be shouting, clapping and singing along – just mind and don’t let Carabosse hear you!

Our Christmas Market goes from strength to strength!

We’ll be offering a fantastic opportunity to purchase personalised and handcrafted gifts for friends and loved ones so why not treat yourself?

With free admission you’re sure to find something to suit all tastes!

Set over tow floors on offer will be a variety of merchandise including Christmas cards, beautiful handmade jewellery, baby gifts and to tempt your taste buds we have scrumptious cakes and confectionery stalls available on the day too.

Our café will be open throughout the day serving a selection of drinks, snacks and light meals.

So why fight your way through the Christmas crowds when you can browse at your leisure in the beautiful surroundings of the Town Hall?

Studio32 and East Kilbride Arts Centre bring you a heart-warming tale of hope, heroism, and the ultimate happy ending - perfect for the whole family!

Lanark Panto Club Seniors present Aladdin .

Lanark Panto Club pantomime stars local adults and children from Lanark and the surrounding areas, dedicated to putting on a great show every Christmas. The cast rehearse weekly in the Memorial Hall on a Tuesday evening. Budding actors of all ages can join either juniors or seniors by contacting the club directly.

This year we welcome them back with their production of Aladdin.
