Health and Fitness at South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture

Here at South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture we take your fitness requirements seriously.  With on average 350 plus fitness classes taking place across our many leisure centres.  With classes ranging from Body Attack to yoga, there is something for everyone.

Perhaps classes are not your thing!  Luckily we have 19 fitness gyms, the Club, where a qualified member of the team can help your reach your goals.

If you use our leisure facilities more than twice per week, we have introduced a Fitness membership.  This membership gives you access to unlimited fitness classes, the Club, swimming and racquet sports.
