Opening hours
Eastfield Lifestyles’ gym and fitness studio will close from Thursday 15 January for approximately six weeks to allow for transformational upgrade works. During this time, gym users can access facilities at John Wright Sports Centre and Blantyre Leisure Centre, while fitness classes will continue on a slightly reduced timetable at temporary locations and onsite. Our gym peak times are Monday to Friday 3.30pm and 5.30pm, some machines and equipment may have waiting times due to the high demand.
Plan your workout in advance to make the most of your time, alternatively you can visit any of our gyms in South Lanarkshire, your nearest gyms are Fernhill Community Centre, Blantyre Leisure Centre and John Wright Sports Centre
Our fitness studio will also be available Monday to Friday 3pm to 5pm with small functional equipment such as light to moderate dumbbells, kettlebells, core bags, and medicine balls.

Disabled access
The centre has disabled parking (6 spaces), automatic entrance doors and accessible reception. There is an accessible changing area, accessible toilet, courtesy wheelchair, pool hoist, Hearing Loop, Language Line and Typetalk. Assistance dogs are welcome.
