The Club at Strathaven Leisure Centre
The Club at Strathaven leisure centre offers a wide range of Pulse fitness equipment including 19 cardio vascular machines, 16 resistance machines, and 2 power plates. Most machines facilitate wheel chair access and children as young as 12 can access The Club.
Fitness assistants are on stand by within The Club to provide exercise programs, exercise assistance and encouragement when required to help The Club users reach their desired goals of weight loss, muscle toning or general improvements in fitness and health.
