South Lanarkshire Lifestyle Eastfield is an integrated community leisure, lifestyle and social care centre and was the first of its kind in Scotland when it opened in 2004. Following various consultations and refurbishments with the latest completed in August 2015, we now provide a fully functioning fitness experience for all our customers and service users from the Cambuslang / Rutherglen area and beyond.
With a bright, spacious and modern gym, 25 metre pool, health suite and sauna cabins and dedicated fitness studio we offer a large range of facilities.
Our gym is staffed with highly qualified instructors to offer assistance and motivation, our studio program only uses professional coaches and our pool program also offers swimming lessons. Each of our services is delivered with the utmost professionalism and care, all to provide a better experience for our members and users. Eastfield is unmatched in the ‘private’ sector and should be your first choice for a healthier lifestyle.
