Larkhall Leisure Centre Gym
Larkhall Leisure Centre's gym has been recently updated with newer equipment and is split into two areas for customers to enjoy: Gym one and Gym two. The range of equipment contained in each gym is outlined below.
Gym One:
- Pulse cardiovascular machines available including: treadmills, cross trainers, Upright & Recumbent bikes and 2 arc-trainers with new concept rowers, including two spin bikes
- Designated matted area- with two half racks, four station pulley, dumbbells from 1kg-50kg, Olympic straight barbells, smaller barbells and multiple benches
- Sterling plate loaded seated shoulder press, seated chest press and leg press
Gym Two:
- 5 Pulse gym resistance machines & duel adjustable pulley
- 6 cardiovascular machines
- Matted functional area - with adjustable bench, swiss balls, bars with plates and medicine balls
- 1-10Kg dumbbell weights
Our highly qualified and motivated staff are on hand to help you meet your goals. They offer a wide range of services included in your Perfect Fit.
The gym is available for customers aged 12 years and over. All under 16s must complete their Perfect Fit (three appointments) at any South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture gym. Twelve and 13 year olds must be accompanied by an adult during times that the gym is unstaffed.
The centre has disabled parking (7 spaces), automatic entrance doors, accessible reception and accessible changing area. There is an accessible toilet, lift, pool hoist, Hearing Loop, Language Line and Typetalk. Assistance dogs are welcome.
